Good quality, minor issue

I recently purchased a Specchio a LED Rettangolare for my bathroom. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; it was easy to find what I needed. Delivery took about 7 business days, and the mirror arrived securely packaged with no damage. Installation was fairly simple, though the instructions could have been a bit clearer on wiring. The LED light is bright and consistent, providing good illumination for grooming. I contacted customer support about a flickering issue I had initially, and they responded within 24 hours with a helpful troubleshooting guide. It turned out to be a loose connection on my end. The mirror itself feels sturdy and well-made.

Reliable as always

This was my third order from Presa 17, and they've been consistent. I bought some Faretti LED this time for my kitchen. My previous orders, a Lampada da Scrivania LED and an Applique da Parete, were also solid. The quality of their lighting is reliably good, and the items always arrive well-packaged. Shipping times are usually about the same, around a week to the East Coast. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they deliver.

Cool lamp, took a bit

I got the Lampada LED Flessibile USB a couple weeks ago. It's pretty neat, works just like I hoped. Plugged it right into my computer. The light is good for working. Shipping was a little slow, took 5 days to reach Denver, but it got here in good shape. Overall, pretty happy with it.

Decent value for a mirror

I was looking for a good deal on a new mirror, and Presa 17 popped up. I ended up getting the Specchio con Accensione Touch during one of their seasonal sales. It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but with the discount, it felt like a fair price for a touch-activated LED mirror. Shipping wasn't free for my order, but the overall cost with the sale still worked out better than other places I checked. The mirror itself is pretty nice, and the touch feature works well. It felt like a worthwhile purchase in terms of value for money.

i'm looking at a couple of their LED strip kits, but also saw some stuff on Light Shopping. Anyone have experience with both and can tell me how Presa 17 compares quality-wise?

N Nina Doyle 1 month ago

Presa 17's stuff feels more premium to me, especially the profiles and diffusers. Light Shopping can be a bit hit or miss on the build quality.

For LED strips, Presa 17's colors seem more accurate, at least on the ones I got. Light Shopping has some cheaper options but the light quality can be a bit 'off' sometimes.

Hey guys, thinking about getting one of those LED mirrors for my bathroom. Anyone know how hard they are to install? Like, do I need an electrician or is it pretty DIY friendly?

C Cody 2 months ago

I got a round one last month, it was actually pretty straightforward. If you're comfy with basic wiring you can totally do it, just follow the instructions. Mine just needed a couple of screws and connecting to an existing light fixture.

Depends on your setup I guess. Mine replaced an old vanity light so it was an easy swap. If you're running new wires or anything, maybe get a pro.

Has anyone ordered from Presa 17 to somewhere like Milan? How long did shipping take for you? Trying to figure out if it'll get here before I move.

B Brett 2 months ago

I'm in Rome and my last order got to me in about 4-5 business days. Milan might be a bit quicker, but I'd count on at least a week to be safe.

I got a pendant lamp delivered to Naples and it was pretty fast, like 3-4 days. They ship from Italy so it's not like coming from overseas or anything.

Quick question on discount codes, can you stack them? Like, if I have a newsletter one and find another random promo, can I use both on the same order?

T Troy 1 month ago

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code per order. Tried it once and it wouldn't let me.

Yeah, pretty standard for most places. They usually say 'cannot be combined with other offers' in the fine print. So pick the best one you have!

Does anyone know if Presa 17 actually offers free returns? Saw something about it but wasn't super clear on their site.

T Tara Silva 1 month ago

Yeah, I returned a lamp that didn't quite fit my space last year. It was free, I just had to print a label and drop it off. Pretty painless actually.

I think they do, as long as it's within the return window. My friend sent back a mirror and didn't have to pay anything.
